About Us

Our journey began in 2016, when we were elected as Social Secretary and Treasurer of the Keele University Swimming Team. What started as committee roles quickly blossomed into something far more special. Olly’s cheeky Yorkshire charm and Gabby’s bubbly Essex fun were the perfect mix, and from there, we became inseparable. As best friends and partners, not a day has passed without laughter and love.
Over the past eight years, we’ve made countless memories, travelled to over 30 countries, and bought our first home together. Now, we’re ready to embark on the next chapter of our lives as the Atkinsons.
We’re thrilled to celebrate our love and the start of this exciting new chapter with all of you. Our journey has been filled with adventure, laughter, and unforgettable moments – and we can’t wait to create even more memories together on our wedding day.

The Location

Keele Chapel

The Ceremony at Keele Chapel
Nestled in the heart of the university campus, Keele Chapel holds a special place in our memories. From late-night “tea and toast” after SU nights out, to the unforgettable moments of our graduation ceremonies. There couldn’t be a more perfect setting for us to exchange our vows and begin this next chapter of our journey together.

Keele Hall

The Celebration at Keele Hall
After the ceremony, we’d love for you to join us at Keele Hall for an afternoon filled with celebration and joy. Dating back to 1851, this stunning stately home is not only the site of the legendary ‘Freshers Gate,’ but also where we celebrated the swim team's victory in 2017 when we took home ‘Club of the Year’. The stories embedded in its walls, its grand architecture and elegant grounds will set the ideal stage for our reception.

We are thrilled to celebrate our special day at these exceptional locations, and we hope you enjoy the beauty and charm of Keele as much as we do.
